Return and refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from CarMind. We are committed to providing reliable diagnostic tools and services, including our CarMind scanner and AI-powered CarMind software. Please review our return and refund policy below.

No returns for opened or used devices.

Due to the nature of diagnostic hardware, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened packages
  • Used or activated CarMind scanners
  • Products damaged due to user mishandling

Returns for defective hardware only

If the device is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo or video).We will offer:

  • A replacement device, or
  • A full refund (after return of the defective item)

Shipping cost for returning a defective item is covered by us.

No refunds for digital reports or AI rervices

Please note that AI-generated vehicle inspection reports are digital services delivered instantly upon use. Our system incurs real-time analysis costs with every report, so we are unable to reverse or cancel a completed inspection. As such, they are non-refundable, even if:

  • The result is not what you expected
  • The report does not detect certain issues
  • You purchased credits by mistake

Other refund limitations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incompatible OBD devices not purchased from us
  • Use on unsupported vehicles
  • Incorrect usage or app setup
  • Change of mind after purchase
